Founded in November 2014, MorningClub Co. is a no-nonsense, no gimmicks subscription-box company with a mission to ensuring that men never run out of the personal care products they know, use and trust. Simply said, we put your everyday grooming essentials on cruise control, because you have better things to do with your time.

Considering subscribing? It’s quick and easy. Once you’ve made your subscription box selection, just click on “Pick this Box”, select your monthly subscription plan, and checkout. Soon you’ll have your MorningClub Co. box of personal care products – and more! – delivered to your door!

Costs vary depending on the monthly subscription package you select and the length of your subscription. Shipping and sales tax (Canada only) are extra. See “Shipping” for our rates. Monthly subscription prices range from $17.99 to $45.59 per month (all prices in USD). MorningClub Co. also offers Groomsmen’s boxes and corporate boxes, which are fully customized to your needs. Welcome to MorningClub Co.! Every five weeks you will receive your MorningClub Co. box of personal care products delivered right to your door. Your first box will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order

6. Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription anytime.

7. Can I customize the content of the box?

Depending on your monthly subscription package, you can opt to customize your preferred brand or product selection to better suit your needs. We are soon launching a fully-customizable box of grooming goodness. As a subscriber, your will be able to set your frequency, add or subtract products anytime, and choose from a vast selection of essential or luxury products from our member-only store. 8. How can I separately purchase products from your subscription boxes?

In order to offer you the best products at the best possible prices, we currently only offer pre-bundled boxes. We are soon launching a fully-customizable box. 1. How do I create a new subscription?

2. I just signed up. Now what?

3. When will I get my first Morningclub Co. box?

All MorningClub Co. boxes are shipped on a 5-week cycle. If you are a new subscriber, your first box will be shipped from our warehouse to you within 24 hours of placing your order. See “Shipping” for further information.

SHIPPING

1. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 USD within the 48 contiguous United States, $8.75 CAD anywhere in Canada, and $12.95 USD for international shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Sales tax is only charged to Canadian customers. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Once you confirm your order, shipping charges will be displayed before you finally complete your purchase.

2. When can I expect to receive my MorningClub Co. boxes?

All MorningClub Co. boxes are shipped on a 5-week cycle. If you are a new subscriber, your first box will be shipped from our warehouse to you within 24 hours of placing your order. See “Shipping” for further information.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $12.95 USD for all international orders. Import duties, VAT’s and other taxes vary widely from country to country, and may apply.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver to the following countries; Canada and the US, UK, Republic of Ireland, France, Italy, Netherlands and Germany. Subscribe to our newsletter here to be the first to know about our new country launches and special offers.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

Of course. Contact clientcare@morningclub.co and let our Customer Service team help you with making changes to your account. Please note that all MorningClub Co. orders are processed as soon as they are placed and therefore we cannot change your shipping address once your order has been shipped from our wharehouse.

6. My Morningclub Co. box arrived damaged. What do I do now?

We are sorry to hear that! All purchases and product subscriptions from MorningClub.co are backed by our no-hassle guarantee. You may contact our Customer Service team via email at clientcare@morningclub.co or toll-free at 1-877-778-8085, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (EST) to help you resolve your damaged product issues.

Billing

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

2. When will I be charged?

MorningClub Co. will not charge your credit card or PayPal account until the transaction on our secure shopping cart is completed.

3. When will I be re-billed? 

All MorningClub Co. subscription plans automatically renew on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. MorningClub Co. subscribers will receive an email one week prior to their initial purchase anniversary date to confirm renewal. All subscribers can cancel at anytime. Once your selected subscription plan payment has been processed, we will not issue any refunds or exchanges.

4. Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

MorningClub Co. is the no-nonsense, no gimmicks, no commitment subscription box. Our subscribers can skip, pause, or cancel an anytime.

Cancellations

1. What is your cancellation policy?

All MorningClub Co. plan subscribers can cancel their subscription at anytime prior to renewal. There are no cancellation fees. No refunds are issued part-way for 6- and 12-month subscriptions.
